VajraCloud provides private and secure cloud storage, open-source implementation, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery, network monitoring, security, HPC and managed cloud services. VajraCloud services are delivered and managed under the VajraCloud brand.

When you use this website or submit a sales enquiry, we may collect information such as:

• IP address, browser information and basic server logs
• Support or sales communications

3. Email Verification

Where the sales enquiry form requires business-email verification, a one-time verification code may be sent to the email address provided. The verification process is used to reduce spam, improve enquiry quality and confirm that the email address is accessible to the person submitting the request.

4. How We Use Information

For private cloud storage, file sharing or collaboration services, access is controlled through authorized user accounts, groups, permissions and other configured security controls. Customer administrators remain responsible for the business users they authorize and the data those users upload or share.

7. Cookies and Technical Logs

The website may use only those cookies or session identifiers required for website functionality, security and form verification. Web-server, firewall and application logs may record technical information for security, troubleshooting and availability monitoring.

8. Sharing of Information

We do not intend to sell website-enquiry information to advertisers. Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary to deliver contracted services, operate infrastructure, provide technical support, use approved service providers, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

9. Security

For cloud services, customer data retrieval, transition access and deletion after contract expiry or termination will be governed by the signed contract or agreed data-exit process. Where a transition period is provided, customers should retrieve or migrate their data within that period.
